The new Appleton Estate 30 Year Old contains liquid aged for at least 30 years along with 50-year-old rum. Created by master distiller Joy Spence, the “complex” rum has notes of “vibrant vanilla, toasted oak, ginger and warm cinnamon with a smooth and long, spiced honey finish (only 4000 bottles produced)
